Father,
We pray that your church would be unified in love and purpose. Teach us how to sow seeds of peace and harmony. Help us to overcome trouble, not by blaming others, but by counting on you! Help us to resolve our differences lovingly, so that unbelievers would be drawn into your family because of the love we share.
(Max Lucado, Life Lessons in Acts, page 39)
“They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.” (Acts 2: 46-47 NIV)
Today I linked with The Sunday Community and A Heart Reflected and Sunday Stillness and Spiritual Sundays .
