“And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.” (1 Peter 1:5, NLT)
“There is a condition attached to God’s keeping power. We are guarded through faith … To know His safe-keeping, we must believe whole-heartedly in His promises … Every morning when we rise, we should say to Him: “I thank Thee for guarding me yesterday. I do not know what temptations may befall me today nor how I shall overcome them, but I trust Thee again to see me through.” Rely implicitly on Him, our God of power. Then, however unpredictable the evil one’s fiery darts, something amazingly wards them off. It is the shield of faith.”

Today I may be joining … Scripture & a Snapshot .
There is a similarity to the posts this morning. Be grateful to the Lord and sing unto him. After all what is song but a prayer to the Lord.
Thankful for this truth.
That’s a good way to start each day – thankful for God’s protection so far, which reminds me that he’ll be with me no matter what today brings as well.
