Recently I shared a post on Knock Knock Jokes and how they were a part of our family’s fun for many years. It resonated with more people than I expected.
When I saw Bible Trivia, Jokes, & Fun Facts For Kids by Troy Schmidt available to review, I jumped at the opportunity in the hopes of passing the book along to my granddaughter, and keeping the fun alive.
This is such an entertaining and engaging book which will help children of all ages to become familiar with facts in the Bible.
A few of the many varied activities to pick from are:
- knock knock jokes
- fill int he blanks which require looking up the verses
- trivia questions
- unscramble the words
- Â word in a word puzzles
This is a fun activity that will keep children occupied while traveling, in a waiting room, and at a restaurant. The book is recommended for ages 6-8 years of age or grades 1-3. There are hours of activities to be had while all the while learning about the Bible.
Sophia was delighted with the book and immediately began reading the knock, knock jokes aloud, proving to me that children are truly lovers of the banter these jokes bring. It was wonderful to share this book with her, hopefully introducing her to the joy and laughter which comes from knowing God.
*** I received a copy of this book from Bethany House Publishers in exchange for my honest review. This post contains an affiliate link.

Fun! Fun! Fun!
My kids love crazy jokes! This sounds like a great resource for a house full of boys!
Michele, I think it may be better for the grands 🙂 Your boys may be too old. But my granddaughter (8 yo) is keeping it in her backpack for us to enjoy during the times of waiting in the car.
Who doesn’t like laughter, right? Thanks for sharing this book.
It is so important to laugh and it just feels so good. And I love that children can learn that the Bible can bring fun and laughter while they learn.
Sounds like a perfect gift for grandmas to have in their house. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this book, Joanne.
It really is a fun little book. My granddaughter is leaving it in her backpack for us to enjoy during those waiting times in the car 🙂
looks like a fun book for the family!
I love this. My daughter is 7 and she is always telling me knock knock jokes. She also likes the other activities including in the book. I have added it to her wish-list. I would make a great Valentine’s Day gift. Thanks! It is always great to find books you know your kids will enjoy.
Oh, my kids would love this one! Thanks for sharing this at Booknificent Thursday on Mommynificent.com this week!
