Last night was the “Supermoon” as it is called. It is the night when the moon is the closest to the Earth. Last night, a second sky show was going on at the same time – a meteor shower – which occurred about 11:35PM although probably was not visible to the eye. I stood out on our deck & looked up into the sky as the moon was bright & the trees & clouds & shadows were bust beautiful.
When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him? (Psalm 8: 3, 4 NIV).
