It is with great joy that I will be joining Women 2 Women Ministries. Each Monday, I’ll be over there and I am hoping you will join me as we look the subject of gratitude today.
Going to Grandparents Day at the school of my granddaughters is always been a delightful time as the girls show off their classrooms, their teachers, their friends, and their work.
This year proved to be no different except in one way.
Jocelyn showed me the class “ant farm”.
She proudly explained how they tunneled, kept busy, who the leaders were, and then the area where the “cemetery” ones were to be found.
The surprise came when left with my thoughts and the Scripture came to mind:
“Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise! Though they have no prince or governor or ruler to make them work, they labor hard all summer, gathering food for the winter.” (Proverbs 6:6-8, NLT)
The ant farm continued to stir my thoughts for several days and began to bring several lessons.
