“God is not looking for spiritual giants. He is looking for believers who believe for a change.”
Teach me Your way, O Lord, and I will walk in Your truth. Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name (Psalm 86:11). Do not allow anything to snatch the word of truth from my mouth, Lord, for I have put my hope in Your laws (Psalm 119:43).
Glorious God, in Your majesty ride forth victoriously in behalf of truth, humility, and righteousness. Let Your right hand display awesome deeds (Psalm 45:4). I don’t need to be afraid of truth. It is the key You will use to take me forth in victory.
You are near to all who call on You, Lord, to all who call on You in truth
(Psalm 145:18).(from Praying God’s Word Day By Day by Beth Moore, page 51)

Looking for believers who believe…Amen. That’s a great little nugget of perspective checking. Just believe. Have an amazing day Joanne.
I need some perspective checking now & then for sure 🙂 So glad to join you each week, Lisha!
God’s Word stands alone and strong. He speaks into my soul and strengthens my walk.
Praising Him this morning.
Caring through Christ, ~ linda
visiting from Still Sunday
Linda, His Word knows exactly the Word we each need to hear in our soul. So grateful. Blessings!
What a refreshing reminder today! To be a believer who believes and has an undivided heart. That’s what I want more than anything.
Me too, Heather, me too!
“Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your Name” Psalm 86 is a favorite. I love the words “undivided heart”, a heart that is totally His and not only given in pieces or fragments. Thank you for this beautiful post.
It is amazing how many of us picked up on those same words. Praying He makes each of our hearts totally focused on Him.
Teach me your ways and I will walk in your truth. This is a great reminder. We need to be willing to learn so we can follow him
So very true, the only way we will ever learn is if we are willing. May He make us willing.
Amen! Thank you for sharing this reminder today 🙂
Thank you for joining me, Sarah! Have a great week!
You too Joanne 🙂
Believers who believe … may we all continue to make progress in belief.
Fondly,
Glenda
That is my prayer as well, Glenda! Glad to have you!
Believing for a change – praying with faith. Good words, Joanne. Have a blessed week!
May we pray with faith because He alone is able. Blessings on your week as well!
